Marin IJ Editorial Board: It's Time to Focus on What's Possible in Marinship

Big news for AIM this week!

Today, the Marin IJ editorial board published an editorial titled"Sausalito Seems Ready for Marinship Changes” about the AIM Initiative and the history of Marinship.

They concluded that "Maybe it's time to focus on what can happen at Marinship instead of what can't." This is exactly what the AIM Initiative does, and we’re thrilled to see that the IJ editorial board agrees.

On Tuesday, we submitted over 1,000 signatures to qualify the AIM Initiative for the November ballot— nearly double the 550 validated signatures required. The Marin IJ also covered this significant milestone.

Over 15 Sausalito resident volunteers collected the 1,000 signatures in just 10 days. They repeatedly heard from residents and business owners alike: "It's about time!"
